Sometimes what I find when I talk to small businesses or other professionals is that they are misinformed by people who knew very little about social media and how it works and so they do the wrong things. When it doesn't work for them they say social media doesn't work. All because they were misinformed. So your right requesting the assistance of someone who has good results using social media can be the start of the journey in learning how to use it right way. This is so true.
